SoCal Whales uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. AdSense is a service run by Google that lets website publishers earn money by showing ads to visitors.

This site does not currently have affiliate links. Operator links go directly to each operator's own booking page — no commission is earned on any booking at this time.

If affiliate relationships are established in the future, this section will be updated before any affiliate links go live, and a full disclosure will be added to the Disclosure page naming the platform, commission rate, and cookie window.

SoCal Whales is a static website — there are no accounts, no sign-up forms, and no comment sections. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information directly.

Standard web server logs may record your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and the pages you visit. These logs are held by Cloudflare (our hosting provider) and are used solely for security and traffic analysis. Cloudflare's privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Google AdSense may set additional cookies for advertising measurement. These are governed by Google's privacy policy, linked above.
